How to add a nominee to my Emint account ?

If you wish to add nominee ( s )  to your Emint trading and demat account, please follow the process listed below: 

1. Please fill the account modification form ( attached ) & nomination form ( attached ). Nominee form should clearly mention the following details : 

( a ) Nominee name ( s )

( b ) Relationship with the nominee ( s )   

(c) Percentage of allocation in case of more than one nominee. 

For your reference, we have also enclosed a sample filled in account modification form and nominee form.

2. Get hard copies of the PAN of the nominee

3. Get a hard copy of  Aadhar card  or any other Officially Valid Document  of the nominee ( s ) such as Passport, Voter ID and Driving License. 

4. Sign & send the hard copy of all the documents to the below address :
