If you wish to change the existing name linked to your Emint trading and demat account, for any of the following reasons please follow the process listed below:
Reason 1 : Change in name due to marriage or divorce
1. Please fill the enclosed account modificationwith KRA form (attached). For your reference, we have also enclosed a sample filled in account modification with KRA form.
2. Get hard copies of below documents :
a) Notarized copy of marriage certificate or divorce certificate.
b) Copy of PAN card with the new name
c) Copy of Aadhar card ( or any other Officially Valid Document such as Passport, Voter ID or Driving License ) with the new name.
3. Sign & send the hard copy of all the documents to the below address :

Gandhinagar, Gujarat - 382355
4. Signature on the form should be as per our records.
Reason 2 : Change in name due to any other reason
1. Please fill account modification ( attached ) with KRA form ( attached ). For your reference, we have also enclosed a sample filled in account modification with KRA form.
2. Get hard copies of the following documents :
a) Original of name change ad in any newspaper publication or a notarized photocopy of the same.
b) Original notarized copy of the publication of the name change in the official gazette. ( sample copy attached ). The old or existing name on the gazette must match the name on the PAN submitted while opening an account with Emint.
c) Copy of PAN card mentioning the new name.
d) Copy of Aadhar card ( or any other Officially Valid Document )such as Passport, Voter ID or Driving License with the new name.
3. Sign & send the hard copy of all the documents to the below address :
