CDSL TPIN (Transaction Personal Identification Number) is a 6-digit unique code introduced by Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL) in June 2020. It acts as an additional layer of security, specifically for selling stocks from their Demat account.
At Emint, once you create an investment account, you will receive a TPin within 2 business days. You can use TPin to pre-authorize sell orders at the start of each trading day.
